U.S. DEVELOPMENT

Dallas first.
A manufacturing platform built in stages.

The first operating center is designed to establish product platforms, validation capability, quality systems, suppliers and pilot production before capacity expands with signed customer programs.

PHASED BUILD-OUT

Capability first, capacity second.

  1. 0–12 months

Core team, product platform, suppliers, laboratory, quality system, pilot line and first-customer readiness.

  2. 12–24 months

Major validation, stable production processes, supplier PPAP and initial customer mass-production launches.

  3. 24–36 months

Expand customer programs, automation, platform reuse and supply-chain depth across parallel programs.

  4. 36–60 months

Expand complete seating systems, electronic modules and special-purpose platforms; replicate lines as required.

  5. 60+ months

Selective cross-regional expansion based on orders, capability and capital efficiency.

INITIAL DESIGN-CAPACITY BASELINE

Launch planning, measured by product family.

~20,000Complete smart seats / year
~80,000Comfort-function modules / year
~50,000Seat electronic control modules / year

These are internal launch-phase design-capacity baselines, not secured orders or sales forecasts. Equipment, shifts, staffing and capital expenditure are intended to be recalibrated against signed programs, takt time, product complexity and validation requirements.

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE ROADMAP

Automotive discipline built into the launch system.

IATF 16949

Build the QMS around the IATF 16949:2016 framework and prepare for certification as customer programs advance.

APQP / PPAP

Use APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D and CAPA as auditable core tools.

FMVSS applicability

Maintain a program-specific applicability matrix, including relevant seating, restraint, anchorage and flammability requirements.

Digital traceability

Connect PLM, ERP, MES, QMS and CRM/project systems for product data, manufacturing records, quality closure and management reporting.

FIVE-YEAR STRATEGIC INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK

Up to US$2.0 billion in planned capital capacity.

The plan defines a five-year investment ceiling of up to US$2.0 billion across R&D, manufacturing equipment, validation, tooling, materials, digital systems, facilities, team build-out and working capital. It is a staged planning framework—not a one-time first-year expenditure—and releases remain subject to Board approval, customer-project maturity, site/equipment conditions and milestone achievement.
